The Utility Excellence Committee is pleased to announce their new network structure. The new UEC networks will cover the key focus areas of the Committee; people and culture, the customer value chain, financial performance, asset management and optimisation, organisational structure and the future shape of water utilities.

In the coming weeks, WSAA will be actively recruiting members to join the new networks. It is expected that all new networks will hold their inaugural meetings in early 2017.

The new UEC reporting network structure will include the following strategic networks: 

  • Asset Management Optimisation and Strategy
  • People and Culture
  • Business Transformation
  • Health and Safety 

A number of networks and communities of practice will report to the strategic networks including:

  • Asset Acquisition, Planning and Resilience
  • Asset Operations, Maintenance and Replacement
  • Codes and Appraisals
  • Dam Owner's
  • Mechanical, Electrical and Scada
  • Civil Assets
  • IT Systems
