Thanks to the 325 of you that responded to our recent WSAA members survey. We are using the responses to the survey to inform the development of the new 5-year WSAA strategy.
The Water Quality and Health Network's recent meeting brought together 50 practitioners from 25 different water utilities, from across the country, hosted by Tweed Heads Shire Council, over two and a half days. The meeting aimed at tackling the pressing challenges of water management in an era marked by climate change and evolving regulatory landscapes. The event served as a platform for WSAA members to share insights, explore new ideas, and strengthen collaborations.
The recent CCEE Meeting by WSAA in Hobart brought together over 20 carbon energy adaptation professionals to share key interventions to reduce emissions, adapting to climate change and enhance environmental outcomes.
Through a collaborative process, WSAA, the Australia Water Association and our members have developed a bold, unifying and compelling campaign to promote careers in the water industry. The campaign aims to attract new talent, and remind those who already work here of the importance of what they do.
