The report Forms part of our commitment to lead efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the sector. It highlights the collective work across the sector to promote DEI, showcasing the progress made and the initiatives being implemented to ensure all employees, regardless of background, feel they belong with over 50 case studies from Australian water sector organisations. We encourage water sector leaders to use the case studies as inspiration for their own organisations, and for water sector employees to challenge their leaders and organisations to integrate DEI practices into their workplaces.
